Eat Your Fruits and Vegetables

Just a quick reminder of how important it is to eat your fruits and vegetables.

A lot of heart diseases are treated with nitrate and that is because nitrate helps to dilate the blood vessels. With blood vessels dilated we will have good blood flow.
We need good blood flow to maintain a good blood pressure and to contribute to the prevention of many heart malfunctions and other diseases of the body.

Is it really important?

Angina a very common heart disease is normally treated with GTN – main ingredient is nitrate but take a look on the side effects.
I need not say no more 🀭

Our bodies actually produce nitric oxide in the thin inner lining of the capillaries. Foods like garlic, leafy dark greens, citrus fruits, pomegranate, nuts and seeds are high in nitric acid and if eaten correctly can help you produce more nitric acid.

Good diet as well as healthy lifestyle habits can make a massive change in our health and happiness.

So today try and enjoy 😊 at least 5 servings of fruits for breakfast or before breakfast.

Another 5 -7 for lunch or before lunch.

Help your body to heal itself πŸ₯° If your struggling, ponder in these words in Philippians 4:13 and take it to the Lord in Prayer.
